Christmas Tree Removal Guidelines

Christmas tree collection will be collected the same as previous years, on your trash collection day, with payment attached to the tree.

Christmas trees can be placed out for collection beginning the week of January 19th, 2026 on your trash collection day.

This can be done on any collection day beginning January 19th, 2026 and for the following weeks to come.

The removal of Christmas trees is an ongoing collection, it does not have to be done just the week of January 19th, 2026.

No Christmas trees, wreaths or garlands will be collected before this date.  No charge for wreaths or garlands.

The removal fee is $25.00 per tree. A second tree from the same home is an additional $10.00.

Payment must be visibly and securely attached to the Christmas tree in order for it to be collected.

Do not mail payments in for the Christmas tree removal. This will cause a delay in the tree being removed since the crews are instructed to not collect without payment attached.
