*Important Updates for Week of February 18th, 2025*

Monday was a normal collection day for First Choice Disposal. The website has the 2025 holiday schedule.

We cannot determine a schedule at this time for any closings, delays or make up days.

We recommend everyone put your items out by 6:00 am curbside for collection on your normal scheduled day and leave them the items out until they are collected.

By placing the items out and most importantly leaving them out, when we are able to resume collections nobody will miss the trucks if these items are already out at the curb.

When we are able to resume collections, at our drivers discretion if your road is not safely passable, your pickup will be on the next normal collection day.

Our schedule is also affected by the landfill and recycle centers operating hours and each neighborhoods roadways.

We appreciate your patience over the next few days for the unknown possible delays.

Safety is most important for everyone and we will always do our best to update the schedule and collect as soon as possible.

*Important Updates for February 20th*

The landfill and recycle center continues to be closed again on Friday and possibly Saturday.
 
We were not able to get our Wednesday routes completed and to the facility to unload before they closed early at 11:30 on Wednesday.
 
This leaves us with partially full trucks. Our other trucks will be used until they get full.
 
With that said, and all of this out of our control, we will collect as much as possible beginning with our Thursday routes on Friday February 21st then on to the Friday customers. 
 
We will work, even on Saturday or as long as the trucks have room to collect. Once these trucks are full, we can no longer collect until the recycle and landfill reopens.
 
Since we cannot provide an accurate schedule for makeups at this time we recommend you leave your items at the curb and we will collect as soon as possible.
